London
Stacy M asked:

Hello,

I am going to Europe for the first time and would like to go to Paris from London for a few days. What would be the best way to get there? Air? Rail? Any links to reputable companies where I can buy tickets beforehand would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Train is easiest if you want to go from city centre to city centre. Flying time is short if you fly but you need to factor in the travelling time from central London to the outgoing airport and from your Paris airport to the city centre. Plus flying is probably more of a hassle.

VLM airline from London City Airport one hour to Brussels National then the fast train to paris 3 hrs total travel time.

If you’re young, the Chunnel train is a good deal. PLUS, you don’t have all the expenses and time involved in getting to/from airports. Good luck

The Eurostar will be the best choose. From the center of London (Waterloo Station) to the center of Paris (Gare Du Nord) it’s less three hours.
