How are the London financial institutions celebrating the 200th anniversary of the end of slave trade?
After several decades of legal and political effort the financial exchange of slaves on the London markets was declared illegal and across England. It began the end of slavery in the west which would take more than a century, but eventually would result in freedom of slaves in the Americas and Europe and the west in general
Now in the 21st century world slavery is on the rise but for the most part gone in the west. I would love some recommendations on special exhibits or things done on Wall Street or London by the financial institutions remmembering the event. I am going to London and would love to see any exhibits England has regarding the end of slave trade in 1807
Any suggestions from any Londoners? Any museums or special historical exhibits you would recommend relating to William Wilberforce and the people of his day?
Any specially interesting exhibits by London stock institutions, investment banks or government or church ehxibits of note?

If you think the slave trade is dead think again
there are sex slaves all over the UK and many illegal immigrants working for peanuts and undermining the wage structure that we have have strived to achieve another great acheive ment by blair and co
One at Westminster Hall
A few special events at the V&A
That’s about it in London, although several have finished now. There are some in Bristol which was a slave port.
None done by the Financial Institutions (but then why should they ?)
I don’t think financial institutions would do anything about that, they are too busy
What about clown agencies? or HR consultants, they are probably doing something
There should be something in Westminster anyhow
